GIA is one of the so many Chapter and Center around the World helping our human alike. Names could be different as well as type of organization could not be the same.. However, in the case of GIA is following guidance of Instituto Gnostico de Antropologia Worldsee in Quebec , Canada directed by Mr Osiris Gomez Garro.
GIA is Not for profit incorporated in the State of Texas under the Chapter 116620101. Also, GIA is registred with the Internal Revenue Service under the category of 501© 3, Taxpayer Number 3001272882.
Therefore, GIA is supported by voluntary work as well as donations.
Enclosed is our Bylaws and regulations concerning our Institute.
ARTICLES OF THE NON-PROFIT INCORPORATION
OF
GNOSTIC INSTITUTE OF ANTHROPOLOGY
We, the undersigned natural persons of the age of twenty-one years or more, acting as Board Members of a Non-Profit Corporation Gnostic Institute of Anthropology under the Texas Business act, do hereby Amend and Adopt the following Articles of Incorporation of such Corporation.
ARTICLE ONE
The name of this Non-Profit Organization is Gnostic Institute of Anthropology.
ARTICLE TWO
The period of its duration is Perpetual.
ARTICLE THREE
The purpose for which this Non-Profit Incorporation is organized as follows:
Section 1. The main purpose is to be and to act as an Educational Organization.

To promote and to create community groups for educational purposes. |
c. |
To promote and to develop conferences, projects, studies, scientific, and literary works, and programs for the better behavior of the man and the woman in general |

Section 2. The Objects of the Gnostic Institute of Anthropology is promoting through an educational programs is the following:

Section 3. This organization is organized exclusively for the charitable, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future Federal tax code (hereinafter "Internal Revenue Code").
ARTICLE FOUR
The following are basic policies of this Gnostic Institute of Anthropology:

This Institute will be non-profit and will not operate for profit. |
| b. |
This Institute shall be non commercial, nonsectarian, and nonpartisan. |
| c. |
The name of the Institute or the names of any members in their capacities shall not be used to endorse or to promote a commercial concern or in connection with any partisan interest or for any purposes not appropriately related to promotion of the Objects of this Institute. |

| d. |
This Institute shall not-directly or indirectly-participate or intervene (in any way, including the publishing of statements) in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office; or devote more than an insubstantial part of its activities to attempting to influence legislation by propaganda or otherwise. |

| e. |
This Institute shall work with other similar Institutes around the world as well as the World See in Mexico City and/or their domestic representatives sharing ideas, studies, programs, practices, anthropologic matters, and scientific works. |

| f. |
This Institutes hall not enter into membership with other organizations except such similar Institutes as may be approved by the same Institutes. This Institute may cooperate with other Institutes and organizations concerned with our Objects, but this Institute shall make no commitments that bind the objects its represents. |

| g. |
The monetary resources to conduct all business will be by Donation Only. And no part of the net earnings of this Institute shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, directors, officers, or other private persons except that the Institute shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes setforth in Article Three hereof. |

Notwithstanding any other prevision of these articles, the institute shall not carry o any other activities not permitted to be carried on (i) by an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or (ii) by organization, contributions to which are deductible under Section 170( c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code. |

Upon the dissolution of this institute, after paying or adequately providing for the debts and obligations of the organization, the remaining assets shall be distributed to one or more non-profit funds, foundations, organizations or institutes which have established their tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. |

All members including specially directors shall follow a very ethical, honest, polite, self respect, and professional conduct forward themselves as well as to other human being. |

| k. |
Membership for this institute is accepted considering no discrimination based on sex, religion, race, age, language, scholarly, or disability. |
| |
| l. |
The president of this institute must be adult age and to be a came out from a course of an anthropological school certificated by this institute. |
| |
| m. |
Associate member is considered that person with a seniority from one meeting to years of attendance with no oath for fellow assistance, and full practice of the objects of this institute. |
| |
| n. |
Active member is a person attending at least two years of continue studies and practices in order to reach a better behavior and have an oath in order to practice the objects of this institute as well as to assist other human beings.. |

| o. |
Special Meetings shall be attended only by active members following its schedules and practices as they are required. |
| p. |
The president shall provide to members a schedule of studies and practices following the method of Dr Samael Aun Weor. |
| q. |
The president shall appoint an assistance to follow studies or practices. |
| r. |
Directors and members shall assist and provide support to new groups. |
| s. |
Directors and members missing attendance for more than a month without authorized absence could be subject to no longer be part of institute. |
| t. |
Directors and members not harmonizing with these policies could be no longer part of this institute. |
ARTICLE FIVE
The registred address is 2620 North Arkansas Ave Suite # 7 , Laredo Texas 78043 . The name of the Registred Agent at such address is Jose Luis Alarcon.
ARTICLE SIX
The number of Directors constituting this Board of Directors shall be at least three (3): President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Optional shall be the position of Vice-president.
ARTICLE SEVEN
Section 1. The fiscal year of the institute shall begin January 1 and end with the year, December 31.
Section 2. An audit committee consisting of no less than three (3) members, who are not authorized signers, shall be appointed by the executive board at least (10) days before the last meeting of the year. The audit committee report shall be adopted by members and board.
ARTICLE EIGHT
Section 1. Each member is entitled to only one vote regarding his or her seniority and being associate or active member.
Section 2. Only active members can be eligible to reach position in the board.
Section 3. The quorum needed for voting is at least one third of the total of the members regarding being associate or active members.
ARTICLE NINE
Section 1. The duties of the President are as follows:

Promote the objects of the institute. |
| b. |
Confirm the quorum is present before conducting any meeting. |
| c. |
Preside at all general and executive meeting of the institute. |
| d. |
Appoint suppliant for practices and studies. |
| e. |
Appoint chairman for special committees. |
| f. |
Be authorized to sign on bank accounts. |
| g. |
Call a meeting and other business as becomes necessary. |
| h. |
Represent the institute. |
| i. |
Represent the institute at any event or other with other authorities. |
| j. |
Be graduate of an institute of anthropology approved by this institute. |
| k. |
Make the necessary efforts and negotiates for grants and funds for the objects of the institute. |
Section 2. The duties of the Vice President are as follows:
| a. |
Act as aide-to-the-president. |
| b. |
Preside in the absence of the president. |
| c. |
Perform other duties as assigned by the president or institute. |
| d. |
Go to areas that need to be re-organized. |
| e. |
Be responsible for coordinating all training and leadership workshops. |
| f. |
Be responsible for location, and physical arrangements. |
| g. |
Be a signature at the bank and be authorized to co-sign checks. |
| h. |
Carry out the work as designated by the articles or assigned by the president. |
| i. |
Make the necessary efforts and negotiates for grants and funds for the objects of the institute. |
Section 3. The duties of the Secretary are as follows:
| a. |
Record the minutes of the general and special board meetings. |
| b. |
Have a current copy of the articles. |
| c. |
Keep a list of members and their address as well as their phones. |
| d. |
Be responsible for the correspondence of the institute. |
| e. |
Generate the proper waivers for each regular and special meetings. |
| f. |
Make the necessary efforts and negotiates for grants and funds for the objects of the institute. |
Section 4. The duties of the Treasurer are as follows:
| a. |
Have custody of all funds of the institute. |
| b. |
Be responsible for the maintenance of such books of account and records. |
| c. |
Make disbursements in accordance with the budget adopted by the institute. |
| d. |
Be authorized to sign on bank accounts. |
| e. |
Present a financial report, both written and verbal at every meeting and as requested by the board. |
| f. |
Keep books of account including bank statements, cash receipts, budgets, invoices, paid receipts, and cancel checks for five (5) years. |
| g. |
Make the necessary efforts and negotiates for grants and funds for the objects of the institute. |
Section 5. The duties of the associate members are as follows:
| a. |
Shall be on time for meetings and practices and to follow any proper procedure. |
Section 6. The duties of the active members are as follows:
| a. |
Shall be on time for meetings and practices and to follow any proper procedure. |
| b. |
Shall be on time for special practices and follow them properly as well as completely. |
| c. |
Shall make serious efforts to meet the objects of this institute. |
| d. |
Female active members on charge of special practice shall arrive enough early to arrange properly the place. |
| e. |
female active members on charge of special practices shall conduct them properly and according the procedures. |
ARTICLE TEN
The President shall appoint a Parliamentarian from among the membership. The Parliamentarian, when called upon by the President shall be the arbiter to rule on matters pertaining to regulations and conduct of the Institute.
ARTICLE ELEVEN
Section 1. The conduct of all of the persons attending all kind of meetings and practices shall be as follows:

Scandalous, irreverent, irrespective, or impertinent conduct shall not be accepted at any time. |
| b. |
Transgressors of conduct will be expelled for complete of the Institute. |
ARTICLE TWELVE
Section 1. These articles may be amended at any meeting of the institute by at least two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present and voting. Notice and waiver of the proposed amendments shall have been given at least thirty (30) days in advance prior the proper meeting at which the amendments is voted on. The amendment shall be subject to approval of the president.
Section 2. A committee may be appointed to summit a revised set of articles as a substitute for the existing articles only by a majority vote at a meeting of the institute or by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the executive board. The procedure for action on amendments in Section 1 should then be followed.
Section 3. After the adoption by a two-thirds (2/3) vote at a meeting of the institute the articles will go into effect when an approved copy is returned by the Secretary of the State of Texas .
